General Process Information



1. All auxiliaries are required to create a slate of nominees for 2022 election.
2. At the November and March Council sessions all auxiliares will provide time for a business meeting to carry out the nominating process for the July 2022 election.
3. In order to participate in the July election all Council members must be registered in the March Council.
4. All nominees for office must be present to accept or decline their nomination to any office. (Exceptions per Article 3, Section (e) states "nominations that are mailed in and postmarked before midnight of the last day of the Council are acceptable.)
